Fun at the Library and hangin' out...

Hello again! Julia is doing great, and we had a lot of fun this past weekend. At our lovely main library in downtown Fairfield, the second floor is the kids' floor! They have a really cool little area just for babies ("The Little Farm"), with soft toys and things to crawl on, as well as plenty of books to chew on!



Here's some fun out in the backyard. Julia has a little push-cart, and did her first walking! (with a little help, of course...)




Finally, here is aftermath of the messiest meal ever--spaghetti and tomato sauce on little bites of bread, cause she didn't want to be fed with a spoon! Don't worry, Julia doesn't mind...

Saturday afternoon we met friends Brad and Tara, their son Sacha, and their friends from Brooklyn at the beach in Westport.

The Zoo

We took Julia to Bridgeport's Beardsley Zoo on Friday.

Summer Fun!

It's been a busy week!

Let's first start with some pics from Julia's playgroup. Sadly, some of the families are moving (one to upstate NY and one to Germany!) but the remainder of us soldier on, and will hopefully pick up some new members soon.

Here are a bunch from the Fairfield Public Library children's area. They have a babies-only section called "The Little Farm." So cute!

Sadly, our digital camera crapped out on us while we were in Florida, so we have no pictures of Julesie with Grandma Bertie, Grandpa Dennis or Great-Grandma Doris, but you will have to trust us that we had a wonderful visit.

Julia especially enjoyed sticking her bottle in her ear, while making Grandma laugh, and sticking Grandma's necklace up her nose.

Back in CT, we took a day trip to visit friends Michelle and Chip. Here's Julia not really enjoying the beach in Watch Hill, Rhode Island.





















She much prefers eating her keys.





















But she did take a shine to Sam, Chip's nephew. Every time he'd walk past her, her face would light up. So here are Sam & Julesie.
